SUMMER FUN

What do you guys think of this programme? I am finishing coll this year and want something to chew on over summer.

Ravel: Oiseux Triste (mirrors)
Chopin: Barcarolle F#                    (rework)
Chopin: Polonaise Fantasy Ab       (part learnt)
Messiaen: Vingt Regard no 15 'kiss of the Christ child'
Bach/Busoni: Chaconne in Dmin     (started)

I also considered Grieg's 'Holberg suite' and Mussorgsky 'Pictures' both of which I ve hacked at and would like to finish. I want to avoid the standard Beethoven Bach prog as much as possible and do something different structurally but this may need a bit of playing around. :-\ I would appreciate your opinions if you have any that is it is not for auditions or exam really just fun but may end up being a concert prog.

I don't really like this program. I think Mussorgsky's "Pictures at an Exhibition" that you mentioned is a far more interesting idea than this lot. Just my opinion!
