Own work - Natsu for piano solo
on: November 11, 2019, 08:42:09 PM
Hello to all, i want to share with you one of my compositions for piano. This is title Natsu, which means Summer in Japan. This is a piece that evocates the senses and sound of my trip to Japan some years ago, the cicadas, the rain, the firewors, etc.

I hope you have time to listen it and share.

your feedback is welcome. Thank you so much

Very pleasing and well put together. Evocative and nostalgic personal musical creations of this type will give you immense pleasure when you are much older. In many ways I find music superior to a photograph in that it encapsulates the spirit of days gone by at a much deeper level than a picture does. A photograph can preserve precise physical detail but a work of art transcends time altogether within the psyche. Keep writing. Do you improvise too ? Recorded spontaneous playing is a second way to the same end.
