Intermezzo from Cavalleria Rusticana
on: January 18, 2020, 09:26:37 PM
Based on an arrangement by Jacques Anschutz (1835-1902), but with some additions and alterations by myself.

Been enjoying your uploads!! This is really pretty music , and an enjoyable little bon bon to savor among the meatier heavier fare you are also more than capable of effectively presenting ! Lovely singing tone
Interesting piano any Info on the instrument you're on here ?
Some highlights of what or where you made some of those modifcations would be neat , likely could call it a fragment on a theme from ... Or similar

The piano is a white (well, we can all see that, but I think it helped me get it more cheaply!) Steinhoff baby grand (5 ft 2), which is a Chinese make, despite, or perhaps indicative of
the pseudo German name.
As for the alterations, mostly they are cosmetic and involve filling in harmonies and, in some places, re-expressing the accompaniment so that it more or less says the same thing but the interaction with the melody is more convenient.
