Wonderful and creative (and to me unexpected  but effective ) pacing , this was one of my music school/college (uni/conservatory) audition pieces so I feel like I know it well enough having spent so much time w it years ago and a lot of what you did sounded fresh to me, excellent , exceedingly excellent actually

A direct and refreshing approach to the piece with a luminous tone.

What is the piano and recording gear?
Made a Liszt. Need new Handel's for Soler panel & Alkan foil. Will Faure Stein on the way to pick up Mendels' sohn. Josquin get Wolfgangs Schu with Clara. Gone Chopin, I'll be Bach

Very good and pleasant to the ear. There's a lack of pretense that I really like about this as if you're communicating sincerely and plainly, which I appreciate. The piano itself has an airy, light tone to it that I also like.

Thank you all for the nice comments.

Sorry for the late reply. I had problems logging in recently.

Piano is a Kawai RX-2.
The microphones are 2 Rode NT5 mics (with omni capsules).
Mics are placed 40 cm apart and 2 meters away from the side of the piano, about 1.5 meters high, parallel to the floor and aimed at the open lid.
Mixer is Soundcraft Spirit Notepad Folio.
