About the repertoire of LRSM piano exam
on: March 26, 2020, 01:07:30 PM
Dear all,

I had my ATCL 5 years ago and I would like to have my Licentiate diploma next year (maybe April).
I have just planned the initial repertoire for the exam. May I ask what do you think about my repertoire? Are the following selection of pieces are reasonable and well-balanced?

1. J.S. Bach Prelude and Fugue (BWV872), ~3 mins
2. Beethoven Piano Sonata 'Tempest' ~26mins
3. Chopin Ballade 4 ~11mins
4. Debussy L'isle Joyeuse  ~7mins

(I prefer to have LRSM more than LTCL but it's quite expansive and I afraid I will fail it lol....)

Thanks for your attention!! I am looking forward to read your comments!!  :P :P :P
