This is very accomplished playing. Tatum always sounds bright, cheerful and energetic. I particularly like the informal recordings, later issued on Verve, which he made at Heindorf’s house in the fifties. I look forward to purchasing your proposed solo CD with the acoustic grand. Stunning and i echo what Ted said.
It is impossible to play with the same fluidity as Tatum, but your attemp is far getter than Stephen Meyer.
I would urge you to try to loosen up your left hand in the stride patterns.
