I'm looking through the Wiki for Beethoven's compositions and I see there's a Romance for Violin and Orchestra No. 3, which is labeled Hess 11. UnheardBeethoven.org doesn't have a MIDI for this and there's seemingly nothing on YouTube. I love the two Romances and am curious what a third might be.

Does anyone have a recording of this work in any form?

If the piece is complete vs just scketch or fragmenin manuscript or if total credit to Beethoven not established ,  then the published works of a complete works recordings would be the first place to look. You might pay for access to n m l, that is likey if available at all to Be where it resides. Ie

Nml would access this

https://www.arkivmusic.com/classical/album.jsp?album_id=2292995

It is possible  if available region license restriction to t a certain album may exist .

If that doesn't work try contacting a library ,. Research associate or inter library lending specialist should be able to check, worldcat.org, if you're adeptnat searching it may yield further results

Beyond that you might consult Grove music  , there may be a write up on it there .

According to the director of Unheard Beethoven, this work is simply lost.  :-\
