I'm currently using an old Clementi method book called Introduction to the pianoforte. I was wondering if that is good, or if there's a better one anyone can think of.

I use two method books:
Alfred's Basic Adult Piano Course - modern method, many well known pieces in different styles;
Michael Aaron Piano Course - more classically focused, first grade a bit boring, but the second is already quite interesting.
I like them both.
