Hello. I'm really interested in Wyschnegradsky's quarter tone preludes, and would like to play some if possible. However, having an acoustic piano specifically tuned for that seems like a waste. Does anybody know of any electronic pianos that could be programmed to play microtonal pieces? Thanks

I admit I'm not much of a gearhead, but I think pretty much any digital piano will at the very least have native support for various temperaments.

I suspect the kind of fine tuning you want isn't liable to found built in to pro stage gear, just because of supply and demand.  However, I wouldn't be too surprised if one of the beasts of workstations like a Kronos or something had some deep-menu diving that could do what you want.

But you can do it with software without much trouble.

That much I do know, but I can only say it can and has been done, without going into specifics, since I don't know (m)any and am undoubtedly unfamiliar with your specific keyboard and computer DAW.

Have a look at Scala.  It allows you to play with temperaments and tuning.
Made a Liszt. Need new Handel's for Soler panel & Alkan foil. Will Faure Stein on the way to pick up Mendels' sohn. Josquin get Wolfgangs Schu with Clara. Gone Chopin, I'll be Bach
