Czerny Concert Etudes?

Apparently Czerny wrote two long sets of "concert etudes" (Op. 692 and Op. 756, both over 1 hour and containing 24 pieces respectively) which seemed to be modelled on the likes of Chopin's Op. 10 & 25 etudes.

They were also written in the same era as the Chopin studies but did not sound as romantic.
Do these live up to the fame and quality of the famous Chopin studies? I think they're an interesting alternative to the Chopin ones and would be interested in the difference in benefits of learning these from the Chopin ones.
