Can anyone identify the piece this 4 year old plays?

The piece starts at 0:24.

It sounds hard but looks easy to play.

Have no clue what it is, certainly not in the mainstream repertoire. I suspect that it is a modern work that is designed to imitate early Romantic-era etudes.

Someone in the comment section identified the piece as "Flood Time" by Eric Thiman.

Thanks for reporting back. 

I've heard of Eric Thiman from his organ compositions. 
Made a Liszt. Need new Handel's for Soler panel & Alkan foil. Will Faure Stein on the way to pick up Mendels' sohn. Josquin get Wolfgangs Schu with Clara. Gone Chopin, I'll be Bach
