Chopin or Tchaikovsky?

Both pieces are wonderful, but I want to know which one is more difficult, technically speaking?

Chopin's Nocturne op 48 no 1

or

Tchaikovsky's Romance, Op.5

Here in piano street, they put there are in the same level, but what do you think?

I would say the Chopin Nocturne.

I think the Chopin nocturne is a bit harder, but that galloping pattern in the octaves and overall the part from 2:40-3:10 in the Tchaikovsky looks pretty hard.The Chopin looks like it has some tricky inner lines, and the octave passages, while they don't scare me so much, can be daunting for someone who isn't good with them.

Yeah also bringing out the top voice of the chords in the doppio movimento section is challenging for me too.
