Chopin - Prelude Op. 28 No. 4
on: February 23, 2021, 10:48:47 AM

Trying out some different microphone positions.

The bots flagged this as a copyright claim.  Seems to be a continuing problem for classical music.
Made a Liszt. Need new Handel's for Soler panel & Alkan foil. Will Faure Stein on the way to pick up Mendels' sohn. Josquin get Wolfgangs Schu with Clara. Gone Chopin, I'll be Bach

Fine playing, I really enjoyed your legato and your sound!

I was not fully convinced by your piano, it sounds a bit strong, and when the forte comes the difference could be bigger. Since you need to project the melody, I think you basically have to play the left hand chords much softer, at least at the beginning. IIRC Cortot suggests that you don't let the keys come all the way up before you play the next chord.
