Do You Remember These Books
on: April 29, 2021, 05:23:12 PM
Do any of you teachers out there remember a set of beginner instruction book that came out, or at least were available, in the mid-70's? This was a set of three books, each about 40 pages. Some of the songs I remember were "When the Saints Go Marching In", there was a sarabande, a block chord version of the "Ode To Joy" theme, the Shaker Hymn "Simple Gifts". That's about all I remember by name.

These were the first books I started learning from. I would like to see and play through them again just for the nostalgia.
