Relatively short or easy pieces for four hands
on: September 15, 2021, 08:53:55 PM
My teacher wants me to choose a piece for four hands. I’m looking for a piece that won’t take up much of my practice time as I’ve got quite a bit on my plate.

Thank you!

It's not Mary had a little lamb, but it is for 4 feet

Made a Liszt. Need new Handel's for Soler panel & Alkan foil. Will Faure Stein on the way to pick up Mendels' sohn. Josquin get Wolfgangs Schu with Clara. Gone Chopin, I'll be Bach

Not sure if it qualifies as "easy" but this suite is awesome:

My favourites are no 2, 6 and 12.

Ma Mere L'Oye is not supposed to be terribly difficult.

Something from Debussy's Petite suite could be the thing you are looking for :-)

Check out the Dvorak Legends and Slavonic Dances, especially Op. 46! Just played the Dumka from Op. 46 a few weeks ago with a colleague, it was epic  8)
