I’m looking towards retirement fun and a return to playing piano. I played frequently but not particularly well until I left Mom’s old Acrosonic behind after I finished college. With limited space and sketchy access to piano tuners, I decided an electric with weighted keys is my best option. I am hundreds of miles from the nearest dealer/showroom, so I’ve been surfing the web into multiple rabbit holes - sorry for the mixed metaphors.  I keep getting directed towards Amazon or to higher end brands that are outside my budget. The reviews on Amazon have scared me off their offerings.

I’m willing to spend up to $2,000 but happy to pay less. Aside from the obvious issues of tone and play of the keys, I would like Bluetooth headphones to spare others my relearning curve. Foot pedals, a bench and music stand are essential.

I would greatly appreciate recommendations. I’m not an electrical engineer, so the finer points of the electronics don’t matter to me. I don’t need synth or programming capabilities. I want a piano that sounds good and plays like a piano.

Thanks in advance.
