Hi Paul

From what I can make out from a quick look, this app seems to be a digital subscription to the magazine, that includes sheet music and some audio files.  So I think it's not the sort of thing you can just download or buy once, it's a subscription.

If that's what you want, it looks like you can get it here to read on a PC or mac: https://pocketmags.com/pianist-magazine - but without the sound files that come with the version you'd use on an iPhone.
