Brahms Concerto no. 1 - best edition?
on: April 02, 2022, 11:09:52 PM
This is my first time posting on here; excuse any mistakes.
I have been having trouble finding an urtext edition of Brahms's First Piano Concerto. I have found one by Breitkopf & Hartel. Do you think that’ll work? Any other suggestions?

I'd argue that any modern urtext will be good enough, honestly. But weird that this concerto is so hard to find in print from the major publishers. What could the reason be for that? Is it a rare piece or something?
