I don't remember. It may have been televised at some point in some comedy compilation. Or maybe he performed it on a chat show. My memory isn't, what was I saying?

My guessing is that it was either on the brilliant and groundbreaking 1960’s Cook/Moore comedy show “Not only…but also” (BBC wiped most of the episodes  :P ) or the classic iconoclastic stage show “Beyond the Fringe”.
