You develop technique slowly over the course of many years, and your fingers becomes "stronger" i.e. more agile and reactive. If you try to strengthen your fingers using alternative means, you can risk injuring yourself. I don't believe finger muscles do all that much in the playing of the piano.

If you want "stronger fingers", you are looking to improve certain areas of your technique. Why don't you speak to your teacher about this? If you don't have one, consider finding somebody.

Fingers that feel weak are in my experience uncoordinated fingers. So it's not so much strengthening them as in building muscle, as in gaining control over them and moving easily and efficiently. Then you'll feel like you have more power with less effort. Which sounds paradoxical but is true.

I think as bwl_13 says that the technique is developed over years, and that it is not a matter of strength either. I also think it depends on what piano you practice on, electric pianos or keyboards are often very light and you don't have the feeling of weight.
For years I have tried those by Hanon, Schmitt, Philipp, Beringer, the Czerny Op. 299 School of Velocity études, and Op. 740. Then the Chopin études. I am 59 years old and I started studying at 5, and I still love practicing the piano.

Which ones did you find the most useful? I have neglected many of the more basic ones, but I have worked on Chopin Etudes. Thinking I might've gotten more bang for my buck if I'd spent more time on Czerny et al.

Less about strength and more about fluid independence.

I don't think you should buy things for your fingers. You could injure yourself with those stuff. For me the best way to make your fingers stronger in playing piano is just keep on practising and maybe play some triads. Keep on playing them until you get bigger. From triads go to sevenths and so forth. It doesn't matter what you are playing. In the meantime forget about learning new songs for a while and practise the old ones you already know for strength.  Play some chords. Ask tips from a friend or your teacher. But if you are self taught, then maybe you can watch videos in YouTube.  They could help.
