can someone please grade it for me? and maby add the full mozart piano concertos grades?

This is a wonderful concerto.  I rank it very nearly as high as Mozart #21 in C Major.  It is an excellent concerto for an intermediate level or as a starter concerto.  If you find it too easy, step up to #21, #23, or #27.  Probably the most difficult Mozart concerti are #20 (D Minor) and #24 (C Minor).

the 3rd movement of this concerto isn't a walk in the park.. it's preety tricky.
