So far with the new teacher...

It definitely takes time and work to rebuild a working relationship, a partnership as it were. My first teacher will always be in my memory, there's something unbreakable which formed during all of that time and hard work together.

The old feeling, the love for piano, it is slowly coming back after being squashed under the boulder of my first teacher's abrupt departure. Today I had my weekly lesson with her, the new teacher, and things are getting back into the familiar feel and swing of things. I wasn't sure that I would ever feel the same for piano ever again after that dark day in May but I think things are looking up.
