Barcarolle Cortot edition
on: January 18, 2023, 06:59:44 PM
Hi!
I've been planning to re-study Chopin's Barcarolle, and would like to do so with a little help from monsieur Cortot.
Most of the Chopin editions from Cortot is available either on imslp or other places, even in english translation, but not the Barcarolle op 60!
would anyone here like to share it?

Not all of the Cortot editions were translated, unfortunately. The Barcarolle might be one of those. If you get hold of a French version, you can take screenshots of the text, upload them to a image-to-text extractor (just google "image to text") and then put the resulting text in google translate to get the gist of what he is saying.

i didn't find Cortot edition, but you could try to search here some sheetshttps://imslp.org/wiki/Barcarolle,_Op.60_(Chopin,_Fr%C3%A9d%C3%A9ric)
