Devonshire upright piano

I have an upright piano that appears to be from the early to mid 1900's in an old bungalow that we recently purchased in. It appears to be in good condition. A note indicates that it's a Devonshire with a serial number of 8798. I'm wondering what the age and value may be for this piano?
