Morning all, Finally starting the Grade 1 B section of ABRSM. I'm always surprised how difficult playing legato can be without using the pedal. I'm looking forward to playing more modern pieces, but less excited about copyright. There is a surprising paradox of how much effort and time it takes to appear calm and relaxed. And I feel like this captures that. Please let me know your thoughts and any advice you may  have! Thank you!

Nicely done!  Yes, playing without pedal is critical for developing tone control, even on an electric piano.  I think this piece would sound nice at a slightly quicker tempo.  Are you playing at 98?

Good Advice. I'm not sure what the final tempo I'm playing at. I struggle adding speeding while keep my wrists loose, so often times I move on from a piece before achieving the speed I would like
