Sheet Music Question... What is EASY PIANO?

hey all, I just started taking piano lessons a couple weeks ago and I was looking for some Billy Joel sheet music to learn but I dont want to buy the wrong one.

I see something online called
"Billy Joel: Easy Piano Collection "

whats easy piano?

Its either they are arranged from originals to easier versions OR they are his easier ones...

try clementi sonatinas, they sound harder than played... they're very easy though... especially no.1.

and bach's first lessons are a piece of cake... you can memorize them within an hour or two...
