Age of My Heintzman

Help.... have been looking for a very long time to date my family piano... Its a Heintzman upright grand.. and the serial number is 64427....
Someone is interested in buyin my piano and I dont wanna let it go for to little... whats a good price to ask for this?

Its about 1921 but that doesn't really help value the piano, that you would need a tech to inspect for you - or have the buyer get a tech.
i.e. which is better a 1921 piano that has been played a lot or 1922 piano that hasn't?
Also, as is the problem with many posts, people don't say which country they are in and what currency!

Thanks so much for the reply.... I am in Canada,,, Ontario and the currency is CAD.
