Where do I find the FULL music for Palpitamento (Alkan)

I've been fascinated by this certain piece recently and had heard recordings of it, but the more I searched, the more questions there were. I came up with a YouTuber (whom I watch a lot) who covers obscure repertoires. However, he said someone called "Robin" gave him the music and he was not allowed to show it.
I am so shocked and dismayed by the fact that other than the first two pages of the manuscript, this piece had not YET entered the public domain. Who's keeping the piece from us. How do I access the music
