Tchaikovsky - Romance Op. 25/1 - Reconciliation
on: February 13, 2024, 11:18:16 AM
My transcription of a very emotional Romance (song) by Tchaikovsky.
I' ve added an english go-along translation of the original Russian lyrics.
Hope you enjoy! :)

Very nice!  It's not the kind of music I like to listen to but I appreciate your natural ease at the piano, you have an affinity for this music - expressive and evocative.  Also it's a great video, seeing the sky through the window in the background, reflecting off the piano.  That roof looks thatched - are you in a tropical climate?

Thank you.

I wouldn't call it tropical, but yeah, it's in Greece (where i live). It was summer time when i filmed it, it's a rehearsal for a recital of mine later that night  ;D

How did the recital go?  What else did you play?
Is this a self-motivated recital or were you in a program?
I really ought to plan a recital for this year (2024)...
