Hard to pick, because I much prefer the major keys.

Bach - The Art of Fugue (BWV 1080)
Shostakovich - Sonata in B minor (Op. 61)
Beethoven - Sonata in F Minor "Appassionata" (Op. 53)
Schubert - Sonata in C Minor (D 958)
Bach - French Overture (BWV 831)

Mozart - Piano Concerto in D Minor (K 466)
last 3 schubert sonatas and piano trios are something else

I know this list looks excruciatingly unoriginal, but these pieces will never get old for be.

Chopin Ballade no 4
Chopin nocturne op 27/1. It's basically a mini ballade. I had such fun practicing it.
Chopin funeral march. Heard it played at my best friend's funeral. Will always love it.
Rach prelude in b Minor op.32/10. Such a dramatic piece.
LISZT-WILDE JAGD!!!!

For piano concertos I can't decide between Mendelssohn 1 and 2. They're both great und possibly underrated.
