I have macular degeneration, which means I can’t read sheet music that’s sitting on the music stand of my upright piano. Since most of what I play is classical, the sheet music is readily available online. However, at the moment my only computing device is an ipad, and the screen is too small to show more than a couple of measures at a time. I’m thinking of getting a monitor that would rest on the stand, but it would have to big enough to display a full page in portrait mode at maybe 2x magnification. Does anybody have any suggestions?
PS I’ve been focusing on the monitor, but if I also need to get a laptop or desktop, I will. A friend has generously offered to pay for the whole thing.
