Here's something to shoot for :

Interesting that he doesn't appear to use any wrist rotation - probably quite a large hand.  My teacher used this study to specifically teach wrist rotation.

It looks like he's using wrist motion to me. Slow it down to 0.25x. Obviously the movement is smaller because he's playing faster. He is playing the right hand chords with basically no wrist motion and to me that's not ideal. But I think it's a school of playing to some extent to play like that.
