Performance Anxiety/Stage Fright

Hey all! I'm a student-researcher whose research focus is on music performance anxiety. Prior to my studies in research, I also majored in piano performance! I started a YT channel to share some tips about mental skills training for musicians: [ Invalid YouTube link ]videos.
