It's doubtful that you could find any of Shostakovich's music online because his copyright has not yet run out (he died in 1975), though I have seen one site with his 24 Preludes and Fugues, and I've been looking for it again ever since, and I can't find it. (I think it was in Polish, so it's rather hard to search for). That's also why his sheet music is so expensive to buy.

forget schirmer editions they can be a real pain in the wallet. just go for the dsch editions. they are cheap. His preludes and fugues cost me 30 bucks. not bad really. not as cheap as I got Bach's but not that bad.

Best thing I can suggest (as I do with most who ask for these rare scores) is to email someone at https://pianofiles.com/ who has the preludes.
