Hmmm, what's so hard about Bach trills? Only when there is a line running in parallel in the same hand I guess. I recommend learning the section perfectly, without the problematic trill, and then adding it.

Me and people I know have used exercises such as in the attached picture to improve our trill game. Do it every day, pick a different key each day. Keep the non playing fingers and wrist completely relaxed. That means you might have to start quite slowly. Speed will come if you are patient.

Hanon's got some great exercises for perfecting the trill in his Virtuoso Pianist...

You've gotten good suggestions already. Another thing to try is to practice trills in triplet rhythm - that may help you work against any tendency to preferentially accent the lower or upper note of the trill.

Also, it's good not to overdo it. Depending on where you technique is generally and how grit your teeth determined you are to get faster trills, practicing them can worsen tension in your technique. I found that my trills have gradually gotten better in parallel with the extent to which my technique has gotten more relaxed and less tense, regardless of whether I've been doing 10-15 minutes of trill exercises a day or none at all.
