Sorry, very delayed reply. Missed that it had been commented on!

I listened to it bar by bar in an editing program which allows me to, amongst other things, listen by frequency bands, which makes it a fair bit easier to write out. Notated into Sibelius to produce the score. The original has got a fair amount of regularity about it, which does make the process easier to do.
