Piece(s) you used to hate, but now love?

What are some pieces that you used to dislike, but now they're among your favorites or are at least tolerable?

For me this is Scriabin's later Sonatas (5,6, 8-10). I still don't like most of the others (except 7) but I hated the later Sonatas for a while. Now I like all of them and nos. 5 and 8 are among my favorite pieces.

Bach Bach Bach
I used to HATE Bach growing up but then I did my first P&F and was like yeah this is it.  Same with Beethoven but maybe I didn’t hate him I just disliked him.

Conversely I HAAAAAATE La Campanella it’s the only song I regret learning.  And I started getting sick of Gaspard and Rach 2 like 5 years ago.  I only keep it in the fingers cause it makes money

Mozart I’ve hated since I was a kid and I’ll take that to the grave

Schumann's piano concerto. A good portion of Schumann's solo piano work. Bach, pretty much love everything by him now.

Funny Scriabin's 5th was an instant hit for me. I grew to like number 6, but I still can't get into 7, 8, 9, or 10! I wish he wrote more sonatas in the style of no. 2.

Can't remember the last time I played Mozart for enjoyment.

I hated Back inventions, mainly because i was playing much more interesting Bach on the organ.

Why do you regret learning La Campanella tho.

Late Scriabin sonatas are starting to grow on me. It's a bit too much swimming around in langour for me still, but no. 8 and 10 have something to them. No. 5 I have always loved.
