Anyone know what this piece is?

I've been trying to identify this piece for a while now. Tried asking in a lot of other places and no one seems to know what it is.

From what others have said so far, it appears to be a basic dance piece. Someone suggested maybe an early work from Beethoven or Schubert. Another person suggested that it might be one of Muzio Clementi's sonatinas, but I've listened to them and there doesn't seem to be any match.

Please help, the search is starting to hurt my brain.
