POV on Kawai KS-3F?
on: March 03, 2005, 04:25:42 PM
My wife and I put money down on a Kawai KS-3F (1983) 50” pro studio that is in excellent condition  and are having a technician check it out for us.   The dealer is family-owned, reputable,  and has been around many years.  The piano is priced at $3,495, includes a one-year warranty (3 years if a humidity control system is installed --$450).

Does anyone have a point-of-view on this model/year?    How about the humidity control systems?  Do they work?  Are they worth it?

I've heard the humidity control systems are a waste of money. Best bet is to control the climate in the room.
