This great 2-CD set was recently released on ECM New Series.  I bought two sets accidentally and I'm getting rid of one of them.

This set is brand new, in its original packaging.

It retails for around US$40 (EUR 30). 
I am selling it for US$20 (EUR 15.50 / GBP 10.50) plus actual shipping fees from New York City, United States.
