Sonetto 104 del Petrarca (please help)
on: March 30, 2005, 03:15:47 AM
Hey, I need to learn a new piece from the romantic genre and I was wondering if anyone knows about the piece "Sonetto 104 del Petrarca" from the second book of Années de pèlerinage by Liszt.
Is it very difficult? And also, since i don't really want to buy the music for the entire second book of the Années de pèlerinage before I decide if I should learn the piece; does anyone have a pdf of it that they could email me? (fredsmalls@pianomail.net) It would be greatly appreciated! ;D
Thanks!

ill send it to you once i get my scanner working ><

but it isn't that nasty at all.  Maybe if you said what Liszt you do know it would be easier to discern whether or not it is in your ability?

A good point! Hmmmm well actually i Haven't learnt msut Liszt before but I'm roughly at that stage of the Liebestraum, and past the consolations....... Learing the Prelude to the Transcedental Etudes (kindof a trick you know, sounds difficult, but isnt) lol
It would be great if you could send it to me whenever in the near future.....
(It's funny how forums can turn in to an almost instant messenger, Skepto, I'm talking to you in like 3 different forums right now)
