Looking for Scarlatti K491
on: April 04, 2005, 04:26:12 PM
Does anyone know if there's a public domain version of this sonata by Scarlatti. I've searched all the usual suspects and found nothing.

Thanks in advance,

George

I fell in love with it when I heard Murray Perahia play it (along with a couple of Handel suites - inspired me to learn the E-major suite). It seems like it's flashy, but not too difficult. Am I right?

It's fairly difficult as far as Scarlatti goes, but it's very simple.
