I'd actually say that the Price Sonata movement and Fauré's Ballade aren't too far off from each other, at least in terms of technical difficulty. Granted, it's been a second since I last listened to the latter.

Assuming you mean the William Tell Fantasy, I suppose that you could argue that 16 to 1 was a bit extreme, though you would have been able to knock me over with a feather if it lost or even if it was close lmfao.
