Rud. Ibach & Sohn 3/4 grand

Hi, new to this forum! We have inherited a Rud. Ibach & Sohn 3/4 grand. Not sure if people buy these sort of pianos any more and not sure what to do with it or if it’s worth anything! It was restored in the 90’s but needs a tune. It’s based in Somerset but we have no room for it where we live in London. I’d appreciate any thoughts! Serial 25458.
