Hi,
Recently working on this piece, no not as a duet but the more difficult solo arrangement found on music-scores.com. There are a couple of parts in the piece needing more attention to, one thing is the descending scales using all white keys in both hands, the fingering i would use is 4,3,2,1 for right hand and the opposite with the left, would anyone dissagree with this? is it bad fingering to use? I dont know how many people would be interested in this piece, but what the heck, I love it.
The second thing is the demi-semi quavers played with the right hand near the end of the piece. Considering the tempo of the piece being molto allegro, this passage is tricky to say the least, I was wondering if anyone has played this piece and knows what I mean, because I dont know exactly what fingering to use, I am using 1,2,3,4 for some of the notes and 1,2,3,4,5 for some of the others, but I dont know whats best really, are you supposed to just do that thing with your finger or fingers to just scrape them as it were up the keyboard? I know you have to do that at the start with all them grace notes, there is no other way to do that part.
Thankyou.
