Umm, apostrophe after s, apostrophe before s and no apostrophe at all are all right depending on context.

Umm... what's your point? The context I'm talking about is plural possessive: an apostrophe is not used in front of the "s" ending that forms a plural noun.
But speaking of common language howlers (and, yes, we're now in the "Anything But Piano" domain so this will be my last post here on the subject), how about "loose" used in place of "lose" and the demise of "affect" due to "impact"?

I said that all three are fine not merely as a matter of saying that all three are viable grammatically but that all three are viable grammatically for usage as the title of this board.
Student's Corner - A delineated corner for the individual who is a student. The possessiveness implicated is not that the corner belongs to the student as much as it belongs to some other party and is for the student.
Students' Corner - A corner shared by students. Possessiveness indicated is that some number of students own this corner.
Students Corner - Simply a name of a corner.
