Tornadoes in the USA.
on: April 17, 2005, 03:34:01 PM
Hi,

I take part to a kind of contest, whose subsidiary question is the following one : how many tornadoes were there in the USA in 2004" ?

Thanks a lot

1,717, more than any single previous year. The active hurricane season contributed to this - Frances alone caused 117.

NOAA media release

haha... you never know what can get in and out of a forum. but, hmm, to think about it, tornado is also a force related thing, right? ;D, and therefore it ought to relate to music in some way ;D i remember what a critic once said about my performance:'.... such a real gale force, hurricane, etc, etc, ... "tds" should get a better career than the much publicized lang-lang.' lol.....yeah right! critic can be something, too, you know. they are themselves are much like tornadoes ( textually...lol )  :D best, tds ;D ;D

Hahaha tds, for some reason I'm led to think that you are dang thai son. But also, i love the one-dimensionalization of the original poster.

I can't beleive someone has made this thread in the repetoire section of a piano forum, thats innapropriate.

If you find that funny than you must have a basic sense of humour.

Your very act of posting in this thread has, ironically, further validated this thread.   Besides, Lang Lang I think qualifies as a quasi-tornadic force.

It seems that this message has generated a lot of replies but not those I had expected.

First of all I'd like to say that it is the first time I use this forum, I didn't know how it worked, so when I posted the message I didn't noticed that I had posted it in the wrong forum... Is this a national disaster, or what? Anyway, if you've got the right answer to my question, you can send it. Tnx

Finally thanks to Rach3 who replied to my question. Thanks to you.

Uh. This is the PIANO FORUM. How hard can it be to figure out that tornadoes don't relate?

And didn't Rach3 already answer your question?
