One more time , HELP ME !!! (pliz)

I'l currently trying to learn Chopin Bbminor prelude (16 op 28).
Could anyone juste help me ??... that is I practice piano for 2  1/2 years...
The problem is that I can play it in 160 but not in presto  that is in 190 I think. and yes I've some problem with the jump of the left  hand on the coda with the octave
