refinished the piece
on: April 18, 2005, 05:19:55 AM
i have a problem
yesterday (sunday)i gave a very little concert (more like half recital)with
Bach PF in dmi WTC II
Beethoven op.31no.3
La campanella
and Ballade 2 but there was a problem becoz the ballade i had played it in october (almost concert standard in the performance point of view) and then i knew 2 days before the concert that i have to play and it went very very very bad
how can we refinished the piece we already finished it (like bring it back to the same quality as last time we finished it)
thanks

Hi Etudes-

Here is a link to a thread discussing concepts and strategies behind keeping pieces polished.  Now, I cannot tell for sure if you are talking about more short term "refinishing" with a deadline, or just in general.  All the same, I think you will find this thread to be quite informative and useful.
