fingering of the "bumble-bee"
on: April 21, 2005, 04:39:30 PM
I tried to play this morning "the flight of the bumble bee" but I have a copy without a fingering on it...

Of course I can think something, but I 'm wondering about the 'official' fingering... Anyone who knows any fingering?

thnx a lot

omg how the hell can anyone play with THAT kind of fingering!

not a chance. ( for me anyway)

5 4 3 2 1 5 4 3 5 4 3 2 1
horrid no no. Unless you've been training your weaker fingers since the day you were born.

here's mine. generally a guideline for the entire piece for the main portion.

4 3 1 2 1 4 3 2 4 3 1 2 1 etc

of course you might end up with a ton of 1 2 1 2 1 2  but i think that's FAR safer than 5 4 3 5. Or perhaps (now that i'm trying it out physically, there's another option below where its 4 3 2 5 instead of 5 4 3 5.)

okay i'm just stupid don't listen to me if you don't wanna.
